Following the Conservatives handling of the coffers at County Hall and losing £50m in the Icelandic bank collapse it looks like that all Kent tax payers will have to bail out these fools. The Loonies of couse would not have put the money in a Icelandic bank only to have it frozen (well ..it is cold in Iceland), but would have spent the money on one of the following projects. 1. Build and equip a small school 2. Build 250 busses 3. Build 50 rail coaches 4. Employ 250 doctors for a year. 5. Employ 750 nurses for a year 6. Employ 750 teachers for a year 7. Build a light rail system in Medway and Thanet 8. Build a town Hospital 9. Build 500 Dwellings on brown field sites 10. Pay off 100 Local Authority staff and use the savings to employ more cleaners/refuse collectors and recycling operators.. 11. Build a cable car route from Maidstone to Southend via Sittingbourne and Sheerness 12. Reduce the community taxes so they could afford to pay mortgage and rent. 13. Extend the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway to either Appledore or Rye to connect with the mailine. 14. Extend the Kent and East Sussex Railway to Robertsbridge to connect with the mainline. Then let the eletorate choose their prefered option Can you trust the Tories with your money, I can't but I would trust the Loonies. VOTE LOONY FOR A SAFER USE OF YOUR MONEY. |
